How to Book

Booking & Payment

  • Submit a request via our Bookings & Enquiries page.
  • We’ll provide a quote and require a deposit (e.g., 50%) to confirm.
  • Full payment is due [X days] before the event.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless we cancel.

Cancellations

Cancellations

  • Client cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable; full refunds depend on notice (e.g., 30 days).
  • EDPX cancellations: Full refund if we cannot fulfill the booking.

Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays or issues caused by third parties (e.g., artists, venues).
  • Injuries or damages at events unless due to our negligence.
  • Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

Conduct

Clients must ensure attendees respect safety rules and cultural norms. We may terminate services if behavior disrupts the event.
